This year the Bishop of the Calvin Synod appointed Rev. István Geczy to lead our congregation. We are thankful that we were able to receive him into our church life. His wife, Rev Csilla Geczy, and their four remarkable boys are a wonderful addition. We are grateful to the First Hungarian Reformed Church of Walton Hills, Ohio for granting Rev. Geczy and his family the freedom to minister to our small congregation. During the year we made several improvements to the church. We renovated and painted its exterior, installed new gutters and down spouts, repaired and painted the outside bulletin, upgraded the landscape. We also painted the Sunday School room, purchased some folding chairs, coffee servers, a sweeper, and last but not least, we received a copy machine as a gift.

The desire to build a new educational hall still bums strongly in our hearts; however, this idea can only become reality if the church membership continues to grow.

We will strive to continue our commitment to honor our Lord Jesus Christ.
