The greetings of the William Penn Association were extended by Mr. Anthony Beke, Director. The church acknowledged their gifts and the important contribution both fraternal societies make in fostering the Youth Camp program every summer. The congregation’s first “templom” was erected in 1906, a year after its incorporation, followed by a church hall and school in 1923. Both of these have been razed, and a new church of brick erected in 1961, fol­lowed by a school wing and a church hall shortly afterward. The church’s parsonage was erected in 1940 and still serves as home for the pastor’s family. The Chief Elder of the church is Mr. John Kelemen, and Assistant Mr. Frank Kara. Mrs. Audrey Marciniak is the Consistory’s Secretary, working alongside Ms. Barbra Sipos Halifko, the Treasurer. They com­prise the church’s Consistory with fifteen other Elders. The Lorantffy Women’s Guild is also headed by Mrs. Marciniak, its president. The Rev. Alexander Vajo was called from Hungary in 1904 to be the first pastor. He was followed by the Revs. Joseph Kozma, Alexander Fazekas, Stephen Csepke, Dr. Frank Kovács, László Hunyady, Leslie Egry, Leslie Kecskemethy, Leslie Egry and Albert W. Kovács. The current min-59
