Telefon: (914) 561-0165 A kis rosetoni gyülekezetét nagy megrázkódtatás érte az elmúlt esztendőkben. 1996 év tavaszán elhunyt Polgár Károly, aki ugyan másvallású volt, de hűséggel látogatta istentiszteleteinket. 1997. december 3-án pedig, nagy bánatunkra elhunyt református felesége is, Polgár Károlyné, az egyház gondnoka, 75 éves korában. 1997 áprilisában pedig 92 éves korában Bányácski Istvánt, egyházunknak hosszú évtizedekig hűséges ellenőrét is hazaszólította az Úr. Isten vigasztalja meg gyászoló szeretteiket! Egy Newburgh városi methodista templomban immár húsz éve tartunk istentiszteleteket. Sátoros ünnepeken úrvacsoraosztással. Pastor Les Martin has been providing Sunday worship services for one year, and we thank the Lord for bringing him to us. We also give special thanks to Rev. August Molnár for serving communion during the past year. This past year has been a busy one, bringing new challenges and changes to each of us. With the Lord’s guidance, we have been able to accept them and continue His work. The annual congregational meeting was held on February 1, 1998. The following officers of the Board of Elders were elected: President: Linda Hauck; Vice President: Jeffrey Nemeth; Treasurer: Helen Cutler; Secretary: Eleanor Szász. A fellowship luncheon was held in the church hall following the meeting. 122
