to my co-workers, to the staff of the Home, to the administrative office, to the members of the Board of Directors and to the Executive Committee for their dedicated partnership. During my administrative leadership, which started twenty years ago in 1976, we fully repaid last year (in 1995) the inherited mortgages in the amount of $650,000 (these mortgages were left over to us from the former Children’s Home, from the Bethlen Freedom Press building and there was a mortgage on our Chapel taken when the new wing of the nursing home was built); this remarkable achievement and the additional advancements were results of fruitful partnership and divine blessing. Let us remain faithful in the service and ministry of our Bethlen Home in its Diamond Anniversary. Our service here in Ligonier is not to preach, but to act, providing medicine, food, shelter and loving care for the elderly in our charge.- P.
