Greetings and Salutations from the Congregation at Bethlehem!

1995 continues to be an exciting year for our small parish here in Pennsylvania. We started the year with our annual Congregational Meeting. To date, we have had two baptisms, one wedding, one reception of a new member, and one funeral.

Our women and men continue an ongoing project of noodle making. Their work has helped the church greatly. We have also had a nut and pappy seed roll sale for the Eastern Season. The next major project in our Annual Fall Church Bazaar and Bake Sale in October.

We have had numerous events before these past few months. We made over 300 dozen doughnuts for Shrove Tuesday and sponsored an early morning Easter Breakfast. At our February Pork Dinner, we made 300 pounds of hurka, church-made sausage, and tepertős pogácsa. The event was a great success.
