In 1994, we had 10 funerals. The pastor continues to be a lecturer at Penn State University and is a hospital chaplain. Our present pastor has served our people here in Bethlehem for 15 years. All our services are joyful and blessed.

The events of the past year were trying for our Congregation. Since April, the Executive Committee and The Consistory have maintained the church’s direction of Christian Service. We express our graditute to the Council of Churches of Bridgeport, Connecticut, especially to Reverend Betsy Reed and also to Reverend Leila Havadtoy for their concern and assistance throughout the year. Our church has provided services in both English and Hungarian whenever possible. Although our Hungarian Congregation is small, we still feel the need and have provided this service.

Our church calendar was filled with our normal activities with the highlight being our Annual Rose Ball held in June.
