In the event of death or the resident moving away, the remaining equity would revert to the estate of the resident or be refunded, payable in these increments: first year, 80%; second to fifth years, 75%; fifth to tenth years, 50%; and after ten years 25%. In providing these varied levels of care and low cost retire­ment homes, the Bethlen Home recognizes their primary responsibility of service to their fellow man. Members of the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America and the community at large are benefited by the ministry and dedication of those who have chosen to serve in a Christian atmosphere. Volunteer services and varied activity programs help to stimulate relation­ships and are intended to relate to the total well being of all who share in our community. Contributions are gratefully received and are used to support the ongoing life of the Home in the form of ministry to human needs in the name of Christ.
