BETHLEN NAPTÁR 223 Dr. Ferenc Horvath, Chief Medical Examiner. Albert A. Fiok, Attorney. DISTRICT MANAGERS AND FIELD WORKERS OF OUR FEDERATION PAUL ST. MIKLOSSY, affectionately known to his friends and co-workers as “Pali”, has been serving the Hungarian Reformed Federation faithfully for the past twenty years, working as District Manager of the New Jersey District. Mr. St. Miklossy was born in the County of Szabolcs in Hungary and was brought to the United States at the age of one. He learned to speak Hungarian in the Perth Amboy Reformed Church Hungarian School. After Attending Woodbridge High School he became a motorman on the local Public Service Trolley Lines. He attended business school in the evenings and thus received his insurance training. He became connected with the Colonial Life Insurance Co. first as agent, then as assistant manager, until in 1936, after four years of service with this company, he began his work with our Federation. Through his affiliation with the Federation he has been an active member of the New Jersey Fraternal Congress of which group he was elected president in the year 1948. He has since been a member of the Executive Committee of this organization. Mr. St. Miklossy’s heart and soul are wrapped up in his church work. He is a member of the Hungarian Evangelical and Reformed Church of Passaic, N. J., where he has been superintendent of the Sunday School for the past 14 years. He is an outstanding member of the American Hungarian Reformed Presbyters Association in which organization he has served as vice president. P. St. Miklossy
