Church digest for our second and third generations

210 BETHLEN NAPTÁR INDEPENDENT CHURCHES YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO celebrated its 25th anniversary last year. In this time it paid its debt on the church basement, where services had been held temporarily, and built its church above at an expense of $100,000.00. These fine results were ac­complished in great part by the Rev. Alexander Marton, who has been serving this congregation for the past fifteen years, which occasion was celebrated with his people. DETROIT, MICH. In this huge industrial center this con­gregation was organized ten years ago, during which period not only a beautiful church was built, a parsonage bought, but all debts were paid. The organizer and still pastor of the congrega­tion is the Rev. Tibor Toth, who along with his church members joyfully celebrated their tenth anniversary last year. UNITED PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH BUFFALO, N. Y. This is the third congregation in Buffalo which is the only Hungarian congregation affiliated with the United Presbyterian Church. The pastor is the Rev.
