So the street naming isn't easy even now. Yet the development of a name system that reflects the city's aspect and is suitable for our age is realizable by increasing the social control and strengthening the role of media. LÁSZLÓ BODÓCZKY THE SYSTEM OF HUNGARIAN COURT OF APPEAL This study is about the development of Hungarian judicial organization. The process was essentially formed and influenced by the development of economy, the social stratification based on the former one, the political struggles of these Stratums and by the number of cases.
