420 The Board of Public Works signed the contracts with Ármin Pecz Jr. in November 1905 (HU BFL IL 1.g 3078/1905) - the record also contains a detailed list

of plants. The final deadline for the opening of the park was 1 November 1908. The park was finished by 31 May 1907. Pecz submitted his invoice, and asked the Board to accept it, although the final sum was much larger than planned. The reason for this was that he landscaped a bigger area and used more Conifers. The Board of Public Works took over the park in 27 May 1909.
