The Lecture Hall, the Director's Office and Residence and the Music Pavilion were never realised. The design for the Lecture Hall re-emerges in his later projects, such as the Culture Hall in Nagybacon (Bätanii Mari). Sketches for the Director's Residence are reminiscent of the main building of Public Works Complex in Marosvásárhely (Târgu Mureç), which Kós was working on simultaneously, or the Székely National Museum. The Director's Office and Residence was incorporated into the Main Entrance Pavilion, designed seperately by Kornél Neuschloss.
