this part of the remembrance it turns out that in the institution the preparations for the practice was important. The penal seminar led by Ervin Hacker was acknowledged in the whole country. The parts of the memoire concerning the period after 1945 analyse the reform images of the higher education and the plans starting from Miskolc to found a university. The nationalization of the academies of law after 1948 and the one year functioning of the State Academy of Law in Miskolc are discussed in an independent chapter. The Memoirs is closed with a survey of the liquidation of the academies of law. The reform in 1948 was radical and irrecoverable. The closing lines of the work are the following: „Among our cultural institutions a school type was vanished which had its roots deep in our national traditions, gave canon law knowledge to the lay leaders of our Church and as a denominitional academy of law it was the only real supporter of our Church self-goverment and was the only scientific workshop of Lutheran canon law in our mother country".
