By the end of the decade, the new financial management provided the necessary basis for the further development of the college. The capitalization fo the college's funds The Elected Board was further modified 2 more times. Firstly, the Board was extended by 2 new members. A lawyer and someone responsible for the livestock. The internal and external financial matters were completely separated. This period may be termed as the age of buildings. More improvements were made to the school building to modernize the facilities of education. After the years recession the college's financial situation was not very favourable. Therefore to eliminate possible inefficiency in the management of the capital, the Elected Board was devided into 2 offices. An inspectorate and the administration of financial management. Their duties were defined as 1. Book keeping 2. Capitalization of the college's income 3. Building and improvements 4. The supervision of the press, publishing, youth groups and the college's employees. With these new measures the Elected Board conformed to the terms of capitalist style economy. The members gained more freedom in their actions but were responsible for their own divisions. Capitalization was the main aim. The college's situation before and after world War 1. The acceptance of state aid from the Religions and Education Ministry became even more pressing. Hie parishes opposed the acceptance of it because the fear of the college lose its autonomy. However, the college finally came to an agreement with the Ministry' in 1911, that the school can keep its denominational nature and its right to self-governing. Before the first World war the Elected Board invested the money, buying up real estates which proved to be a very fortunate action after the war. The college also took the culturating the vineyards into its own haud. After the war the college lost 43,8% of its capital due to the devaluation of the forint. Howerer, the college escaped from extreme peril, because of the Elected Board's concions foreward thinking.
