New acquisitions 1999
could be considered as historical and contemporary as well. A rich material of documentation (collected by Éva Csenkey, Katalin Keszthelyi) from the artists, presented in displays (by Kinga Veress), helped to find one's way among the vast amount of exhibits. The two organizers of the exhibition were Eva Csenkey (Museum of Applied Arts) and Ibolya Laczkó (Society of Hungarian Ceramic Artists). The exhibition was accompanied by three conferences, organised by Zsuzsa Pannonhalmi. Unfortunately it was not possible to record the results of this complex effort on CD ROM, although the Hungarian University of Craft and Design, Documentation Centre started the work. The memory of the joint action has been preserved in the voluntary gifts of the artists.
