One may safely state that, in toto, considerable endeavours have been made to attain the level of international anthropological investigations. The right use of the rich-experiences gained during the twenty-five years will surely allow the Department to contribute its share to, and fill its place in the universal system of sciences. However, it can play its important central role in the future only if it will essentially enhance the scope of information in natural history sciences in Hungary and augment meritoriously the results of anthropology.
