Guarantees should be provided for to turn these partnercommunities into real community partners with a real content to their partnership.

The shift towards the villages, so typical of the recent years, along with the changed system of regulation and the changes in views can considerably contribute to the rectification of earlier mistakes. However, in the long range acceptable results can only be achieved if the political and national „change of role" goes hand in hand with an increased attachment to the place of residence as community and through resp, by this with an enhanced commitment to the homeland — concludes the author.
