I Branch 14 Reports J CLEVELAND, OHIO On Saturday, October 7, 196L Branch 14 held its annual Fall Festival. We were quite happy about the good turnout we had. There were three groups performing Hungarian dances, the, dancers taught and directed by Mrs. Margaret Hermann. The music was enjoyable and the food tasteful, and it was obvious that two standard Hungarian items of food, kolbász and fánk, were the most sought after! Most important of all: it was good to see so many of our members there. Mrs. Mary Bodnar and yours: truly, of the entertainment committee, would at this time like to offer our gratitude to the officers and! members of Branch 14 who assured! the success of the affair. Many thanks go especially to Mrs. Ladányi, Mrs. Kirk, Mrs. Nehez, Miss Mary Molnár and Mrs. George Polyak, ladies who worked hard in the kitchen. Thanks also to the following: Julius Yuhasz, Fred Eger, Eddie Torda and George Polyak, tendng at the bar; Mrs. Kay Torda, Joseph Kovach, Joseph Semetko and Daniel Kali, ticket sellers. Finally, ‘‘we-thank-you’s” to all those deserving but not named here (since I do not have all the names).
