MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SEMIANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WILLIAM PENN FRATERNAL ASSOCIATION, HELD DURING THE WEEK OF APRIL 14, 1958, IN ROOM 735 OF THE PENN-SHERATON HOTEL, PITTSBURGH, PA. 1. National President Coloman RÉ­VÉSZ officially opens the Spring meeting of the Board of Directors at 10:00 A.M., greeting the Board Members, the Auditing Committee Members and the National Officers. In his opening remarks, he makes mention of the Seventieth Anniver­sary of the founding of the Rákóczi Aid Association and requests those present to stand in a moment of silence to honor, the founders of the Rákóczi Aid Association. He also pays respect to Stephen VARGA, life-time Honorary President of the former Rákóczi Aid Association, Joseph VASAS, Retired Supreme Secretary of the former Rákóczi Aid Association, and Stephen KUND­­RATH, Retired Supreme Treasurer of the former Rákóczi Aid Associa­tion. 2. National Secretary Albert J. STELKOVICS ascertains that the following are present: Coloman REVESZ, National Presi­dent; Julius MACKER, Vice-Presi­dent; Louis VARGA, Vice-President; Directors John P.
