J. will hold a dance Thursday, November 28, 1957 commencing at 9:00 P. M. in the St. Stephen Hall (formerly Hungarian Home) corner Genesee and Hudson Streets. The Chairman of the Dance Committee will be our popular member, Joseph WEBER, Committee Members: Mrs. Stephen SOLTÉSZ, Mrs. Andrew' GRACAR and Mrs. Andrew DEMKO. The president of the Refreshment Committee is Andrew Gracar and its members are Andrew Soltész, Stephen Vágott, Frank Radvany, Andrew Vágott, Andrew Demko, Frank Szenczi, Edward Lukacs and John Radvany. Members of the Entertainment Committee are the officers and the members of the Branch. The officers of the Branch are: Frank Radvany, Director, Louis Revesz, District Manager, John Takacs, President of the Branch, Stephen Vágott, Vice President, Nicholas. Pentjek, Treasurer, Frank Molnár and John Mayer, controllers. The management will do its best in welcoming our guests with Hungarian hospitality. The famous orchestra of Kara Nemeth will play for dance, a guarantee of excellent performance in itself for all those who enjoy dance and music. This will be the first occasion when a Thanksgiving Turkey will be served prepared according genuine Hungarian taste, seasoned with Gypsy music and Hungarian dances. The public is urged therefore to buy their tickets as soon as possible, for the management will be unable to secure places for those who are late. Tickets are ©n sale by the officers of the branch. Jay the president of the Management Committee, hv the Vice Presidents and in the Trenton District Office. The net proceeds of the dance will be applied to the benefit of the bowling teams of Trenton in order to enable the Branch to participate the most efficiently in the William Penn National Bowling Tournament of 1958. Branch 13-V, TRENTON, N. J. Branch 13-V, Trenton, N. J. will hold a Christmas Party on December 14 at 3:00 P. M. for the juvenile members of the branch, in the St. Stephen Hall (formerly Hungarian Home), corner Genesee and Hudson Streets. The members of our Branch are cordially invited with their children and friends. All guests are welcomed; the children will get nice Christmas gifts. The Branch will hold its regular monthly meeting on December 8, Sunday, at 3:00 P. M., where the new officers of the Branch will be elected for 1958. All members are requested to be present, considering the importance of the issue. The meeting will be held at the usual place, in the St. Stephen Hall (formerly Hungarian Home). Branch 14-V, CLEVELAND, Ohio Branch 14-V will hold its annual CHRISTMAS PARTY for the Children on Sunday, December 22, 1957 at the William Penn Home, 8637 Buckeye Road. The Branch is making (flans for approximately 150 children with gifts, soft drinks, cookies to assure a good time for the children. Next regular meeting of Branch 14-V will be held Sunday, December 1, 1957, at 1:00 P. M. Annual election of officers will take place. Members are requested to attend. Branches 21 and 108, YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio Notice and Announcement BRANCHES 21 and 108 wishes to announce that on Sunday, November 24, 1957 there will be a Gala affair in which both branches will participate in blessing and dedicating new American and Hungarian Flags with proper church ceremonies at 10:30 A. M. The banquet honoring the event and celebrating the merger of the local branches and the merger of the national “Verhovay” with the national “Rákóczi” will be held the same evening. A cordial invitation is extended to the national officers, the various branches and to the membership of the Willim Penn Fraternal Association who desire to participate in this great event. Ohio, holds its pork dinner November 23, 1957, Saturday evening in the rooms of the Youth Home. The fact that the sausages to be served were prepared by Balazs KOVÁCS, President of the Branch, from a pig slaughtered on his own farm is a guarantee that they will please the most fastidious palates. The supper will be followed by dance. The tickets for the dance and supper will cost 81.75, and $2.50 for couples. The managers of the Committee. Joseph Toth and Paul Toth, recording secretary of the Branch, will do their best to give a delicious supper, excellent entertainment and a dancing seasoned with Hungarian cheer.
