Hi, Friends! Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! Each clown deserves love and hugs, so make sure you hug your family and friends today. If you have time, you can make a little gift for all the people you love. I like to make something I call "Cupid Arrows" for all my Valentines. All you need are some Pixy StixTM or sugar straws, paper and glue...and maybe a little help from an older clown. These valentines are pretty easy to make and will have your sweetheart grinning from ear to ear! Get it, SWEETheart? Have FUN!! What you need • Scissors • Scrapbook paper or construction paper • Colored pens, pencils or thin markers • A glue stick • Pixy StixTM or sugar straws What you do 1. Count out one sugar straw for each person on your Valentines list. 2. Take your paper and—with the help of an older clown—cut out two short hearts and four long hearts for each stick. Use the heart drawings on the right to trace your hearts. 3. Write the name of your Valentine on both of the short hearts. 4. Glue the short hearts together with a sugar stick between them. Make sure the name can be seen. 5. Fold the long hearts in half vertically. Glue two of the folded hearts together. Do the same with the other two long hearts. 6. Glue the two pairs of long hearts together, placing the bottom of the sugar stick between them. 7. Hand out your Cupid Arrows and brighten someone's day! — 1G 0 February 2016 0 William Penn Life
