Our Delegates We salute the men and women who served as elected and ex-officio delegates to William Penn Association’s 38th General Convention. Throughout the Convention, these members demonstrated the essence of Fraternalism. They may have been of different generations and backgrounds and hailed from different areas of the country, but they were united in their unwavering commitment to our Association and their fellow members.
