MttÜÉl The challenges of the future will be met head-on by the Association’s new Board of Directors, which was elected by unanimous vote during the 38th General Convention. The Board’s membership combines experience, knowledge, dedication, loyalty and enthusiasm. The new Board includes a even mix of five returning members and five new members, all of whom stand ready to serve WPA during the next four years. Our National Directors are (from left): • Albert Frate, 67, one of five new members of the Board and a member of Branch 14 Cleveland, Ohio. • Debra A. Lewis, 61, the second new member of the Board and a member of Branch 129 Columbus, Ohio. • David M. Kozak, 67, the third of five new National Directors and a member of Branch 8 Johnstown, Pa. • Anne Marie Schmidt, 64, Vice Chair, a member of the Board since 2007 and a member of Branch 249 Dayton, Ohio. • Andrew W. McNelis, 68, Chair of the Board, a National Director since 1995 and a member of Branch 34 Pittsburgh, Pa. • Katherine E. Novak 61, Vice Chair, a member of the Board since 201 I and a member of Branch 28 Youngstown, Ohio. • Richard E. Sarosi, 60, a member of the Board since 201 I and a member of Branch 14 Cleveland, Ohio. • Joyce E. Nicholson, 59, the fourth of five new members of the Board and a member of Branch 349 Weirton, W.Va. • Michael J. Chobody, 38, the final of five new National Directors and a member of Branch 88 Rural Valley, Pa. • James W. Robertson, 62, a member of the Board since 201 I and a member of Branch 336 Harrisburg, Pa.
