38th General Convention OFFICIAL NOTICE Certification of Delegates, Alternate Delegates and Ex-Officio Delegates to the 38th General Convention The Delegates and Alternate Delegates elected at the June 2015 Delegate District meetings are herein listed. This is in accordance with the By-Laws of the Association, Article 2, Section 205 (8), which reads as follows: Certification of Delegates Election and Publication The names of the Delegates and Alternate Delegates elected, together with the names of the ex-officio Delegates to the General Convention, shall be published in the official publication of the Association in the issue preceding the Regular Session of the General Convention. Such listing shall constitute an official list of Delegates and Alternate Delegates for the next Regular Session of the General Convention, and upon the election and qualification of Delegates to the General Convention, the term of office of previously elected Delegates shall cease. The aforesaid publication shall be deemed sufficient notice to all Members, Delegates and Alternate Delegates. I hereby certify that the members whose names appear on Pages 24 and 25 of this issue of the official publication have been duly elected Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the 38th General Convention to be convened October 11, 2015, in the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh - Meadow Lands, 340 Racetrack Road, Washington, Pennsylvania. I further certify that the duly elected Alternate Delegates are listed in the order in which they shall be called in the event an elected Delegate from their district is unable to be present at the Convention. Also listed are the ex-officio Delegates. This constitutes the official list of voting Delegates at the 38th General Convention. Dated at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, this 23rd day of July, 2015.
