The tournament will be a four-man scramble, and the branch is usually represented by a few teams. It is a terrific time with prizes, an excellent barbecue and great camaraderie. At the end of summer, WPA will be holding its extremely popular picnic on Sept. 8, from noon until 6:00 p.m., at beautiful Scenic View in Rockwood, Pa.
