Election Balloting. Chair of the Convention House gave the necessary instructions regarding the voting process for no more than (10) National Directors. Robert A. Ivancso raised a question on National Officers being on the Election-Tellers Committee and Chair of the Convention House and Attorney Manning responded to his question. Chair of the Convention House stated the ballots are prepared for voting for National Directors. Richard W. Toth began calling Delegates by names and table numbers to cast their ballots. 25. Meeting / Recessed. Chair of the Convention House recessed the Convention for the lunch. 26. Meeting/Reconvened. Chair of the Convention House reconvened the 37th General Convention. 27. Chairman of Election Tellers Committee / Report Submitted. Chair of the Convention House called upon George S. Charles, Jr., Chairman of the Election / Tellers Committee, for the Election Tellers Committee Report. Chairman Charles introduced the members of the Election Tellers Committee: George S. Charles, Jr., Chairman Diane M. Torma, Vice Chair Margaret H. Boso Dana J. Chapman Malvene C. Heyz Zita F. Prowse Dr. Eileen P. Smith Chairman Charles announced the following results of the election for (10) National Directors: William J. Bero 74 Dennis A. Chobody 74 Barbara A. House 71 Nickolas M. Kotik 67 Andrew W. BOSO AND THE DELEGATES OF THE 37TH GENERAL CONVENTION ACCEPTED THE REPORT OF THE ELECTION / TELLERS COMMITTEE. 29. Ballots To Be Destroyed/ Authorized. MOVED BY DENNIS A. CHOBODY, SECONDED BY ANNE MARIE SCHMIDT, AND THE DELEGATES OF THE 37TH GENERAL CONVENTION AUTHORIZED THAT ALL BALLOTS BE DESTROYED. 30. Newly Elected Board of Directors/Installed. Ralph F. Manning, Esq. administered the oath of office to the newly elected National Directors. 31. Chairman of the Nominating Committee / Report Submitted. Chair of the Convention House called upon William J. Bero, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, for the Nominating Committee Report. Chairman Bero submitted the report of the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee interviewed candidates for Alternate Directors. The Nominating Committee recommends to the 37th General Convention the following (10) candidates for Alternate Directors: James D. Balias Michele Daley-LaFlame Stephen J. Ivancso, Jr. Debra A. Lewis Timothy J. Lippert Gregory G. Nagy Joyce E. Nicholson Lisa S. Toth-Maskarinec William S. Vasvary Erin E. Ward Chair of the Convention House asked the (10) candidates nominated for Alternate Directors to stand and do they accept their nomination. All answered in the affirmative. 32. Nominating Committee Report/Accepted. MOVED BY GEORGE S. CHARLES, JR., SECONDED BY GARY G. VÁMOS AND THE DELEGATES OF THE 37TH GENERAL CONVENTION ACCEPTED THE REPORT OF THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE. 33. Nominations for Alternate Directors. Chair of the Convention House asked (3) times if there were any nominations from the floor for position of Alternate Directors.
