The Delegates r § William Penn Association 37th General Convention Sept. 4-6, 2011* Cranberry, PA The Delegates We salute the men and women who served as elected and ex-officio delegates to William Penn Association's 37th General Convention. Throughout the Convention, these members demonstrated the essence of Fraternalism. They may have been of different generations and backgrounds and hailed from different areas of the country, but they were united in their unwavering commitment to our Association and their fellow members. We thank them for their diligent service to their branches and their communities. Members like our delegates, pictured here, keep the flame of Fraternalism burning brightly.
