Several WPA ladies helped make the good Hungarian sausages. On March 15 the Hungarian church held a commemorative program honoring the people and events of the 1848 Hungarian Revolution against the Habsburgs and Austria. About 120 guests attended. After the program, all enjoyed a wonderful dinner featuring Hungarian food and pastries. We are looking forward to our local picnic, which will be held on the church grounds and will again feature good Hungarian food and music. Our condolences to the family of Joe Toth who passed away recently. We really miss him at our branch meetings. Rest in peace, Joe. Bob Hinebaugh recently underwent open heart surgey. He is now coming along nicely. Several members are planning to attend the WPA Golf Tournament and Scholarship Days in July and the WPA Picnic-A Great Fraternal Fest in September.
