64th Annual Bowling Tournament

The emphasis during this year's "Lucky Strike" contest seemed to be on the word "lucky." Or, more precisely, it's exact opposite. The contest, held during the team event, offers randomly selected bowlers the chance to win cash prizes IF they bowl a strike on their first ball after their name is announced. Bowler after bowler tried and failed, but, finally, well into the third game, two bowlers did get lucky.
