64th Annual Bowling Tournament Continued from previous page cash). Other winners from Saturday's banquet included Eileen Sera of Branch 159 Phoenixville, Pa., and Ryan Strom of Branch 226 McKeesport, Pa., each of whom won a $2,000 guaranteed-issue life insurance policy from the WPA in the Fraternal Prize drawing. Our thanks go to all those who made this year's tournament another great fraternal success. We offer special thanks to Tournament Administrator Robert A. Ivancso; the National Officers and Home Office staff; Tournament Co-Administrators Ronald S. Balia, Dennis A. Chobody and Elmer W. Toth; the officers and members of our branches in the Greater Pittsburgh area; all those who donated prizes; and the staff and management of the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree and Princess Lanes. Most of all, we thank our bowlers and guests for joining us. We hope to see all of you next year. |wpl| With so many beautiful prize baskets available at the Chinese auction, it was difficult for members and guests to choose which ones they wanted. This popular fundraiser collected $2,135 for the Scholarship Foundation. Fun Event WE THANK THESE young members and friends of the WPA for joining us at this year’s Juvenile Fun Event. They had a great time bowling, eating pizza and sharing a lot of laughs with their friends. We thank them (and their parents) for making this event another great fraternal success. We hope to see you all— and more of your friends-at next year’s event! William Penn Life,June 2007 7
