Branch News Branch 13 Trenton, NJ by Elsie H. Radvany Branch 13 will host its annual family Christmas party on Sunday, Dec. 11., at 2:00 p.m. in the Hungarian Reformed Church auditorium, Grand and Beatty Streets, Trenton. Food, refreshments and goodies will be served. All children and members are cordially invited. Prior to the party, a short business meeting will be held during which the branch will elect officers for the year 2006. Branch 13 will prepare a Holiday Basket and deliver it to the rescue mission of Trenton. The rescue mission aids many of the less fortunate with food and shelter. The William Penn Life, published by the WPA, contains many interesting, informative and educational articles. The WPA's Scholarship Foundation is a very fine program which aids many deserving young members seeking a higher education. Ward Branch 14 is looking forward to hosting its annual open-house children's Christmas party on Sunday, Dec. 11, at the Bethlen Hall of the First Hungarian Reformed Church, Walton Hills, Ohio. All Branch 14 juvenile members will receive invitations. There will be a delicious buffet luncheon and entertainment for the children. With the tremendous growth of Branch 14, we're anticipating more than 100 will attend! Branch 14 welcomes the following Members of Branch 18 visited the Bethlen Home in Ligonier, Pa., Sept. 10 before attending the WPA Picnic-A Great Fraternal Fest at Penn Scenic View. Congratulations to Branch 14 Auditor Lou Horvath and his wife Carol on their 50th wedding anniversary. Their family and friends celebrated at Cleveland's wonderful Balaton Restaurant Sept. 10. May they be blessed with many more years of happiness. Hearty congratulations to Allyn and Mary McNaughton who celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Sept. 28. Being married 65 years is a wonderful accomplishment. May these avid golfers enjoy many more rounds together.
