Hungarian refugees in 1956 and 1957 when they came to Camp Kilmen, N.J. My husband was on the last ship that sailed from Germany, and Bill was there to assist all the freedom fighters. To this day, Joe remembers how helpful, gracious and compassionate Bill was to all the Hungarians coming to America. May God bless his soul.
