The Delegates We salute the 103 men and women who sewed as elected or ex-officio delegates to the William Penn Association’s 35th General Convention. Throughout the Convention, these members demonstrated the essence of Fraternalism. They may have been of different generations and backgrounds and hailed from different areas of the country, but they were united in their unwavering commitment to our Association and their fellow members. We thank them for their diligent service to their branches and their communities. Members like our delegates pictured here keep the flame of Fraternalism burning brightly. From left to right John F.
