Father Greiner (pictured above) served as an assistant pastor at many parishes in the diocese before being named pastor of St. Mary's Church in Sade Gap, Pa. Mother's Day is Sunday, May 11. Happy Mother's Day to all you good mothers. May God bless you all, and may the Lord give you beautiful weather on your day. Pray for all of our sick members who may be ill at home or in hospitals, rehab centers or nursing homes. May they get well soon and be able to enjoy life better. We ask the good Lord of mercy to protect our men and women in the armed forces who are fighting for us and the country we love. Memorial Day, also known as Decoration Day, will be observed on Monday, May 26. It is a patriotic holiday for America. It is a day set aside to remember those who lost their lives in the service of our nation. Let us take a moment on that day to remember those who are not with us this Memorial Day. May they rest in peace. For all your life insurance and annuity needs, please call Bob Jones in Altoona at 814-942-2661. Branch 8114 Clarion, PA by Noreen Fritz Well, Happy Spring everybody!
