This fee includes greens fees, cart and a sandwich and refreshments at the turn. Room rates for the hotel are $74 per night for single, double, triple or quad accommodations. Hotel rooms will be reserved on a first-come/firstserved basis and are subject to availability. Tickets for the golf dinner are $22 for adults age 16 and older, $11 for teens ages 13 to 15 and $5 for children ages three to 12. The weekend will begin Friday, July 11, at 7:00 p.m. with a reception at the Four Points Sheraton. The reception will feature a pitching contest and a putting contest for the benefit of the WPFA Scholarship Foundation. For the putting contest, all contestants who sink three consecutive putts in one turn will win a cash prize. Other prizes will be awarded to everyone making one or two putts. The 18-hole tournament tees off Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. Hole-In-One Contest Once again, the tournament will feature the fun and exciting Hole-In- One Contest. This year, all eligible members who score a hole-in-one at the designated par-3 hole will win a $15,000 cash prize. Plus, if an eligible member scores an ace on any of the course's other par-3 holes, that lucky member will win a $5,000 cash prize. If a hole-in-one is not scored on the $15,000 hole, a special $500 cash prize will be awarded to the eligible member who gets his or her tee shot closest to the pin on that hole. To be eligible to win these hole-inone prizes, you must be an adult life benefit member of the William Penn Association by July 1,2003, with at least one year's premium paid. Nonmembers are not eligible for these cash prizes. However, all golfers-both members and non-members alike-are eligible for prizes to be awarded to the low gross and low net winners of the tournament and to the winners of the skill shot contests. Dinner and Auction Raffle The weekend will close with the annual golf awards banquet at the hotel Saturday. A cash bar will open at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. After dinner, we will present awards to the tournament's top golfers and give away door prizes. All dinner guests will be eligible for door prizes. The grand finale—open only to WPA adult life benefit members attending the banquet-will be the fun and exciting auction raffle for a set of golf clubs and bag. Nonmembers will not be permitted to buy into the auction raffle. For those golfers arriving early and wishing to get in a practice round, you can reserve tee times at the Madison Club for Friday, July 11, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. To ensure you get a practice round tee time within this block, call the Madison Club as soon as possible at (724) 446-4000.
