NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE WILLIAM PENN FRATERNAL ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION. INC. The next annual meeting of the William Penn Fra­ternal Association Scholarship Foundation, Inc., will be on Friday, May 24, 2002, at 5:45 p.m. in the Radisson Hotel Akron City Centre, 20 W. Mill Street, Akron, Ohio. The meeting will be held in conjunction with the 59th Annual Bowling Tournament and Schol­arship Days, to be held May 24 to 26, 2002, in Akron. Any branch or individual donating a minimum of S100 is eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting. Please make your donations payable to "William Penn Fraternal As­sociation Scholarship Foundation, Inc." and send them to Richard W. Toth, National Vice President-Secretary, in care of the Home Office. All contributions, no mat­ter what the amount, will be greatly appreciated. Since its inception in 1972, our Scholarship Founda­tion has awarded a total of 3,278 grants worth $ 1,279,150 to young members pursuing a higher edu­cation. The achievements of these members-both as productive professionals and as adults of strong char­­acter-continually renew our belief that helping today's youth is vital for the future of our society and our world.
