Hope you have many more. Special anniversary wishes to Betty and Rey Holguin and to Pete and Dianne Charles. May you celebrate many more special years together. Talk about special: A1 and Olga Wansa celebrate 62 years together in April. Now that's special. Thank you also for the WPA business. Thank you, Rocky Borsa, for your very generous donation for our Join Hands Day project. Join Hands Day is Saturday, June 15. Branch 18 is spending the day at Wayne County Family Center. We are going to beautify the outside of the center. This is a center for homeless families and abused women and children. We are buying and planting many flats of flowers. We are also cleaning up outside, cutting down bushes, etc. We have also chosen to buy and install a permanent basketball hoop, net and all that goes with it. The center is located at 30600 Michigan Ave. at the comer of Merriman Road. We will meet at 9:00 a.m. A wonderful lunch will be provided. We have never had such wonderful feelings as we did when we were there last year. Many children and adults that reside there had never planted a flower. They never had the opportunity or the grounds to do so. Watching and working with them is something I shall never forget. Please try to join us on that day, if Billiam Pran Ulf. April 2002 13
