2002 2003 WPA Scholarship Recipients

Every year WPA members attending accredited colleges and universities as full-time undergraduate students are eligible to apply for grants through the William Penn Fraternal Association Scholarship Foundation. Grants are awarded to those students demonstrating the greatest need, as determined by the Awards Committee. This year, the Scholarship Foundation awarded grants to 226 students, including 66 first-time recipients, worth a total of $1 13,000. To all our memberscholars, especially this year’s new recipients honored here, we extend our congratulations and best wishes for success this academic year.
