:or Starters. Marching for the WPA The WPA was a proud participant in the annual Hungarian Festival held June I in New Brunswick, NJ. A number of WPA members marched in the festival parade behind the WPA banner, carried by National Directors Michael F. Tomcsak (left) and Frank J. Radvany. The WPA also sponsored an informational booth, spreading the word about the benefits of membership in our fraternal benefit society. Mr. Estock, a member of Branch 590 Cape Coral, Fla., passed away April 5, 2002, at the age of 78. But, before he died, he named the William Penn Fraternal Association Scholarship Foundation as the beneficiary of his WPA life insurance policy. "We are deeply touched by Mr. Estock's generosity," said National President George S. Charles Jr. "All of us-especially our young members who will benefit from his thoughtful gesture—will remember him in our prayers." The benefit from Mr. Estock's life insurance policy totalled $729.65. "Naming the scholarship foundation as his beneficiary was a reflection of his dedication and loyalty to our Association and its members," President Charles said.
