Branch News ■ terrible car accident, but that has not deterred him from being a super student and a super kid. Good luck, Michael. You have always been a special kid to me. We will celebrate the WPA's 115th anniversary on Oct. 14. We will host a dinner, followed by a Hungarian concert and dance. Tickets are $10 for members and $15 for non-members. Endre Csornán, the WPA's membership activities coordinator, spoke to our members about various fraternal activities, including the WPA picnic to be held at Penn Scenic View on Sept. 15. Election of officers was held and the following will serve as branch officers for the remainder of 2001: Julius Szabó, president; Betty Panin, vice president; and Gerry Davenport, secretary-treasurer. We hope that Branch 26 members will attend upcoming meetings to help us plan for the branch Christmas party. Branch 34 Pittsburgh, PA by Andy McNelis Great job, Harrisburg! Branch 336, host of this year's Annual Golf Tournament, has a lot to be proud of. I would also like to thank the branch members for allowing us to join them at the club for some social time. We talked with some old friends and made some new ones. That's what it's all about. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves at the golf tournament at Dauphin Highlands Golf Course. Congratulations to the winners and to all who took part in this weekend of fraternal activities. Thanks to the Home Office staff and all the spotters for their help; without them this event would be impossible to put together.
