NFCA scholarship applications now available on web NAPERVILLE, IL — Application forms for a new scholarship program being sponsored by the National Fraternal Congress of America (NFCA) are now available on the Internet through the NFCA's web site, www.nfcanet.org. The Youth Volunteer Scholarship Program will recognize young fraternalists who balance volunteer service and other interests while maintaining good grades in school. WPA members who will graduate from high school during the 2000-01 academic year and plan to enroll in a four-year program at a college or university are eligible.
