Well, this year-our Association’s Convention year-eligible life benefit members of the William Penn Association are guaranteed of at least one thing: they can purchase additional life insurance from us. The WPA Board of Directors has approved a Guaranteed Issue Program as a Convention Year Special available to eligible life benefit members from March 1, 1999, through December 1, 1999. All life members in good standing as of January 1, 1998, can purchase new insurance without evidence of insurability. No health questions asked. Eligible members can choose from any permanent life or Single Premium Whole Life plan. This offer does not apply to term insurance. Each member will be limited to one new insurance policy. For this special promotion, the following maximum face amounts of insurance will apply: Age Maximum Face Amount 0-50 $5,000.00 51-65 J3,000.00 66-75 $2,000.00 76-80* s2,000.00 If you are interested in this Guaranteed Issue Convention Year Special, please complete the form below and return it to the National President at the Home Office.
