You need personnel coordina­tors, nurses, teachers, computer experts and accountants, to name a few. There is so much to do and not enough people to do it. It was good for me to go and see the reality of the need. Of course, I had heard reports from people in the field, but the reality didn’t sink in until I saw the whole situation for myself. The William Penn Association helped to make my trip to Came­roon possible. Thank you for helping me know that all my work at the university is not in vain.
