This fun, fraternal event will be held May 22 to 24 in Dayton, Ohio. Ask just about anyone who has attended one of our past bowling tournaments and they will tell you what an enjoyable weekend it is. From Friday night’s reception at the Stouffer Hotel to the bowling competition on Saturday and Sunday, there will be plenty of chances to relax and good times to enjoy. Saturday’s banquet at the hotel will feature music by the Tokay Orchestra from Cleveland. The most exciting part of the weekend could occur Saturday, May 23, during the team event at Beaver-Vu Lanes. If an eligible member rolls a perfect 300 game during the team event, he or she will win $ 10,000. If two or more eligible members bowl perfect games, they will split the prize equally. This is the fourth year in a row the William Penn has offered this prize, but, to date, no one has won it. This could be the year we finally give away $10,000. And virtually nothing would please us more than to see some lucky member collect that prize. We also would like to remind you of two important meetings which will take place Friday evening: the annual meetings of the William Penn Fraternal Association Scholarship Foundation, Inc., and the Louis L. Varga Scholars Guild. The meetings will be held at the Stouffer Hotel. The Scholarship Foundation meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the Scholars Guild to meet immediately following the conclusion of the foundation’s meeting. We look forward to seeing you and your family in Dayton during this special weekend. Ninth Annual WPA National Golf Tournament William Penn golfers prepare for 9th annual tournament July 25 Continued from Page 1 tions. After we receive your group’s entry form, your group’s contact person will receive a packet of information containing hotel reservation cards. Each contact person will be responsible for returning the completed card (or cards) directly to the Ramada Inn. Golfers, their branches and other interested parties may also sign on as sponsors for holes along the golf course. Any company, branch, group or individual may be designated as a hole sponsor for a donation of $100. All money raised through the hole sponsorship program will benefit the William Penn’s scholarship foundation. The name of each sponsor will appear on a sign which will be placed at the tee of the hole being sponsored. Those wishing to sponsor holes should contact the Home Office as soon as possible. One final reminder: all reservation forms are due at the Home Office by July 9, 1992. We hope to receive your reservation soon and look forward to seeing you at the tournament. *To be eligible for the hole-in-one contest, a golfer must be a life benefit member of the William Penn Association by July 1, 1992, with at least one year's premium paid. Only the first eligible golfer to score a hole-in-one on the designated par-3 hole will win the prize. w■w 3 O'V Pi C O •WU 0) u u 0 ü C/5 r 0) u < r* T3 m a o OLJ 25 O Xm to o « Ui \J1O VJi JO TJ t> cr o r* níM X O o u# C H» 2> ^ O (St o Ni s£> O co rz o itsc 0»•— o U) O TO u-CL■ "coN c WO Q_ Q < cCO O-oE?
