As is stated in the By-Laws of the Association, any branch or individual donating a minimum of $100.00 is eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting. It is our hope that all of our branches and members will continue to support the Scholarship Foundation that has been established by our Association for the purpose of providing our young members assistance in attaining a higher education. Please make your donations payable to the "William Penn Fraternal Association Scholarship Foundation, Inc.,” and send them to my attention so that I may report them at our Annual Meeting. Over the years, we have given financial assistance to many of our young members who have gone on to excel in a variety of professions. Their successes—both as professionals and as adults of strong character—convinces us that our support of the Scholarship Foundation is just as important as the support we offer to our fraternal, cultural and heritage programs. By helping today’s young members acquire an education, we are helping to better our society and our world for tomorrow. So, again, we ask our members and branches to join us in supporting our Scholarship Foundation. It benefits all of us. CAN WE COUNT ON YOU? George S.
