Contestants must be between the ages of 8 and 14 and members of the William Penn Association prior to February 1,1988. 2. Contest Dates: February 1,1988 to May 15,1988 3. Each contestant must complete and send in the contest entry form found at the bottom right of this announcement. 4. Winners will be the contestants who accumulate the most points based on premiums paid by new life-benefit members, who are enrolled as the result of referrals made in a contestant’s name. 5. One point will be awarded for each one dollar ($1.00) of first-year premiums paid on each new member's life insurance policy. Points will be awarded only on new life-benefit members enrolled between February 1, 1988 and May 15,1988. The full first-year premium must be paid at the time of enrollment. 6. A minimum of 500 points is needed to qualify to win the trip. 7. There will be a maximum of 40 winners. Those who qualify and do not win will receive a $50 U. S. Savings Bond. 8. More than one member of a family may win, except that points on each new member can be awarded to only one contestant. 9. All applications will be subject to normal underwriting procedures. 10. All referrals on prospective new life-benefit members must be sent to Mr. George S. Charles, Jr. at the Home Office. When making a referral, give the name of the contestant on whose behalf the referral is being made, along with the name, address and phone number of the prospective new member. You may phone in referrals toll-free at 1-800-888-PENN, or write to: Mr. George S. Charles, Jr., William Penn Association, 709 Brighton Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15233. The Home Office will then forward applications to the prospective new members on behalf of the contestant. 11. Winners will be announced on June 3, 1988.
