The National Anthem's in English and Hungarian were sung by Mrs. Almást Bedrosian Kovach. The invocation and benediction was performed by Reverend Lawrence O'Connor, who incidently celebrated Mass in the hotel at 7:00 A.M. Sunday morning. Our keynote speaker for the evening was Chairman of the Board, Stephen G. Danko. An entertaining program of English and Hungarian songs was presented by the very talented Almást Bedrosian Kovach. Heart warming Hungarian and Continental Music for the entire evening was provided by the excellent music of George Bátyi and his orchestra. Charlie's efforts were on a professional level, helping fill teams, matching doubles partners, making last minute substitutions and not once losing his cool. It was indeed my pleasure working with the Columbus committee and staff members from the official family, namely, National Secretary Gus G. Nagy, Director Stephen Ivancso and John Tusai.
