Wukovits, Sr. and Medical Director Dr. Julius Kesseru. 7) Director Kohut expressed sincere thanks and appreciation for the many condolences they received on the death of his Mother. 8) Director Emri stated he spoke with Director Joseph Toma and he is recuperating satisfactorily following his operation. Director Toma ex­tended best wishes for a successful meeting. 9) Chairman Danko welcomed the Auditing Committee members. He called upon each Auditing Com­mittee member to say a few words to the Board of Directors. Auditing Committee Chairman, Emma Beganyi; Secretary of the Auditing Committee, Louis Fodor and each member extended their greetings to the Board. 10) Chairman Danko welcomed Medical Director Dr. Julius Kesseru. 11) Vice President John Kenawell extended thanks and appreciation to Auditing Committee member Louis Fodor for the photographs he took at the retreat at Mt. St. George. 12) Board Chairman Danko dismissed the Auditing Committee at this time so they may commence their audit. 13) The Agenda was presented to the Board. It was moved, seconded and the Board adopted the Agenda with the proviso that any matter properly belonging before this meeting may be added thereto during the course of the meeting. 14) It was moved, seconded and the Board of Directors adopted the Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting held on January 19, 1984. 1 5) Chairman Danko reported on the progress being made on the renovation of the North Side office. He reported that a Building Commit­tee was formulated to obtain bids on various projects in the renovation. The Building Committee authorized certain contracts. Work is progress­ing on the renovation. Bids have been received and contracts were awarded and in most cases to the lowest bidder. Chairman Danko stated that he has met with the National Officers on several occasions and he has received their fullest cooperation. 16) Chairman Danko welcomed Mr. Robert E. Bruce, Actuary to the Board Meeting. 1 7) Mr. Bruce thanked the Board for the opportunity to appear before the Board so he may submit the Actuarial Report on the 1983 Year of Operation of the William Penn Association. Mr. Bruce proceeded to review his report page by page. Following the conclusion of his report, he pro­ceeded to review the actuarial reports of the William Penn Associa­tion Employees Pension Plan, William Penn Association Directors Deferred Compensation Plan and Catholic Knights of St. George Employees Pension Fund. No expense allowance will be made by the William Penn. The business to be conducted includes election of officers and directors, consider By-Law Amendments to effectuate the terms of the Merger Agreement between the William Penn Association and Catholic Knights of Saint George and conduct such other business which may come before the meeting as provided by the By-Laws. 29
