Effective with the January issue, the William Penn Association will introduce to its members an entirely new look in the format of this publication. President John Sabo indicates the frequency of publication will be increased from four to six times annually. This will provide our membership with a better insight on activities and one that will be more current. In announcing this change, President Sabo said the members of the Board of Directors have approved a new tabloid newspaper format. "We’re planning a sparkling appearance, one we feel will make our members want to read it cover to cover." At times the publication will include more than one color of ink and that, too, will further enhance its appearance. We hope these changes will meet with your approval. Once you’ve seen it, we’d appreciate hearing from you. 2
