Zellinger, Paul Our May 15th meeting was well attended at the home of branch manager and wife, Anthony G. and Elizabeth Noel. Convention delegates were elected at this District Delegate meeting. Election register was mailed certified to the National Secretary, Gus G. Nagy on the 17th of May to comply with the rules. Anthony G. Noel was elected as delegate and Frank Sabo, president as alternate delegate at the September 12, 1983 General Convention.. The planned early summer picnic was postponed at this time. The membership was interested in having it held in the early Fall. President Frank Sabo thanked the members present for attending this important meeting, which closed at 5:00 P.M., followed by serving refreshments and assorted pastries for our enjoyment.
